“Failing to plan is planning to fail.”
Plan for your week
First, Pull out your planner and look at your week ahead! This can be a tangible planner or a digital one on your phone. Personally, I still like a physical planner so I can clearly see everything coming up for the week.
Block off hours that you know you are working or have class. For the week, you want to make note of important dates like dinner plans, friends birthdays, work events, etc. From there, you can add in extras like meal planning, working out, and tasks you need to get done throughout the week. Now that you know what your week looks like, make your to-do list for today. This will be errands you need to run and grocery shopping you need to do to be prepared for the week.

Movement
Next, Move your body! Sunday is the best day to move your body because (typically) you won’t have to worry about finding time to squeeze it in in-between work or school. This doesn’t have to be a strenuous 1 hour workout, just get your body sweating a little bit!
FULL self-care routine
Then, after working out your body, this would be a perfect time for your self-care shower. I’m talking about a long, luxurious shower where you shave your whole body, use a body scrub, shampoo/condition, hair mask, self-tanner, oils, etc.

Cleaning
Again, Sundays are an awesome day to get caught up on cleaning. Having a fresh environment feels so good going into the work week. This could be: doing the dishes, picking up clothes on the floor, doing laundry, decluttering surfaces, wiping surfaces down, etc. Really anything your space needs at the time.
Spend time with loved ones
Finally, it is so crucial to make time for loved ones (significant others, friends, family, and/or pets). Grab a cup of coffee with a friend, visit a family member, or have a movie night with your furry friend. This also doesn’t have to be a long event, but make sure you’re fitting in the people most important to you.

Final thoughts
To end, planning your week, moving your body, self-care, cleaning, and spending time with loved ones is the recipe for a Sunday reset.
“A Sunday well spent brings a week of content.”
