Welcome to Balance by Nicole. I’m dedicated to giving you the very best in mental health and wellness, with a focus on habits, routines, and lifestyles.

When I started, my passion was to help create balance in as many peoples lives as I could. This drove me to start a blogging community where I also offer 1-on-1 life-coaching and group courses. I am thrilled to share my passion with you.

About ME

HELLO, my name is Nicole. I am a 26-year-old mental health professional with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. In high school, I took my first psychology class just for fun to be in a class with my closest friends. As I learned more, it shed light on my own mental health struggles that I had. This curiosity helped spark my own mental health journey and a passion to help others with theirs. Little did I know this “fun class” would domino into my career and life long purpose.

Storyline

I came into this beautiful, crazy world.

I took my first psychology class.

I graduated High School and declared Psychology as my undergraduate degree.

I graduated from Grand Valley State University, started my Master’s Program, and started interning at a mental health therapy office.

I graduated from Michigan School of Psychology with a Masters in Clinical Psychology and started practicing as a licensed mental health therapist.

I created my very own business, Balance by Nicole, and started writing my first blog posts!
